The Ward Team has over 35 combined years of experience selling homes in the Shenandoah Valley. The team, comprised of Cathy, Natalie and Charlie Ward, is dedicated to finding you the perfect home, building lot, or area for your business.
Cathy, the founder of The Ward Team, is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors (GAAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 1978. She is an accredited buyer representer and a Certified Residential Specialist. She has also received of the Circle of Excellence Award, Top Producer Award and Sales Person of the Year.
Natalie began her real estate career in 2002 and has since achieved numerous accomplishments. Being a member of the Ward Team, Natalie has sold homes throughout Augusta County, Waynesboro and Staunton. Most recently, Natalie has been working on her Associate Broker's license which she hopes to complete in 2007.
After a career in sports medicine and marketing for Proctor and Gamble, Natalie went into the real estate field working part time to help her mom. Enjoying the business so much, she decided to go full time in 2003. Natalie's success can be measured by her awards, Circle of Excellence 2005 & 2006, Rookie of the Year 2005 and 2006 Diamond Club member. In addition to her real estate business, Natalie coaches the competition cheerleaders at Fort Defiance High School and volunteers for several charities. Natalie and her husband, Philip, reside in Mint Spring.
Charlie became a Realtor and joined the Ward Team in 2006. His real estate focus is in the marketing of farms, acreage and new home construction. His educational background in Agricultural Business at Virginia Tech and his professional background and knowledge of custom home building in the local area benefits both buyers and sellers.
